Weekly Weather and Climate News

This site was built in 2001 to serve the needs of my blind father (age 81), who went suddenly blind a few years prior; He used IBM's Home Page Reader to access articles on politics, sports, and current events.

As newspaper articles began to have many side-bars, and links to related articles at the top of the page, he found it increasingly confusing. At this site, most articles are passed through a filter that attempts to minimize such confusion by allowing through only the content of the articles.
